Biography

I am in my 28th year of teaching at St. Dominic Elementary School.  I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. I entered college with an education major and I graduated from Cortland College with a degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Adelphi University. I taught Kindergarten for 26 years,  but I am so excited to be teaching 1st grade.

My interests include traveling, playing tennis, and spending time at the beach (morning, noon or night!).  I volunteer at St. Francis Hospital in the gift shop.  I have coached the Girls Varsity Tennis Team at the High School for 23 years. I love spending time with family and friends.
