Pre-Kindergarten

Welcome to Pre-K!

APRIL showers bring MAY flowers!

Please note: May 10th and May 11th are full days of school.

The Pre-K will be working on a book study of author Eric Carle for the next few weeks.  In addition to reading many of his books, we will be creating some "Very Hungry" crafts and maybe a few "Grouchy" activities.

The children have been learning some new songs about funny animals and dandelions!

Our special project for Lent is growing! The children will spread some kindness and make our classroom caterpillar grow!

The children will continue to do the rhythm band.  They are learning how to use the triangle, drums, bells, sticks, tambourine, and cymbals.  We are learning how to play Skip to My Lou, Swanee River, and Little Brown Jug.

Students will continue to go outside for recess as long as the weather permits.
Please dress your child appropriately for outside play.
