Hello!

My name is Cassidy Mavros and I am thrilled to join the St. Dominic community as the Kindergarten teacher. I am excited to explore the world of learning in a nurturing, faith-filled environment. I feel privileged to teach at a school where my family attended years prior and am grateful to serve the same church my grandparents called home. 

I believe that each child is unique, and my goal is to create a classroom where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow both academically and spiritually. As a teacher, I am committed to fostering a love of learning while incorporating the values of compassion, kindness, and faith into our daily activities.

In my classroom, we will engage in hands-on learning, engaging activities, and faith-based lessons that help build a strong foundation for both educational and spiritual growth. I look forward to getting to know each child and partnering with you to make this year a wonderful, memorable experience.

Education

I have received my Masters in both early childhood and childhood education from LIU Post.
